Depending on the program you have chosen, meetings with your manager will occur weekly, monthly or quarterly. If there is a need to speak to your business manager between meetings, simply contact our office and a team member will schedule a phone call or in-person appointment for you.
We have our ACH program wherein your contracted monthly payment will be deducted directly from your bank account. This is most cost-effective method allowing us to keep our prices affordable. We do accept checks; however, that could delay your services if checks are not received on time. We accept credit cards as well, although there is a software management fee of 4% that will be added to your invoice.
We bill monthly, however we have clients who choose to pay us quarterly, biannually, or annually. (We offer a 5% discount for biannual and 10% discount for annual payments)
Yes. You have the flexibility to change your contract as your business evolves. We require 15-days notice for these types of changes.
Most recent financials, including bank and credit card statements and most recent tax returns filed for each entity.
Each entity will need to have its own general contract of services as no company is created equal and all businesses have specific needs.
Yes, we are here to assist you with these programs. There is no cost for the assessment, however, there will be an additional charge for clients whom the “Forms Processing and All Business Documents” are not included in their contract.
Every business is different with specific needs and we can help you understand all the loan programs available at no additional cost as long as you have “Forms Processing and All Business Documents” as part of your program.
Yes, our cost is $280.00 per program, per loan, per request. However, this is included in your management program as long as you have "Forms Processing and All Business Documents".
No. Our contracts are month-to-month and require a 15-day notice of cancellation.
For clients that have “Forms Processing and All Business Documents” and “Accounting” as part of their management program, we make sure to file their business tax returns with the assistance of our trusted tax preparers, enrolled agents, and CPAs. We do not file personal taxes and we are not open to the public for this service.
